Patrick Day | 24 | From Sudbury, Canada | FC: Hunter Parrish
"A poem begins as a lump in the throat, a sense of wrong, a homesickness, a lovesickness." - Robert Frost
Have you ever heard the term “brooding poet”? Well, it pretty successfully describes Patrick Day. In fact, add “punk rock” into that phrase and you’ve got him down. Hoping to give off a mysterious air, Patrick aims for a distant yet polite impression to give off. A slight hipster, and very much a person to wear glasses when contacts would be easier and better, Patrick came from a fairly normal Canadian family. In high school, he was somewhat of a loner, only speaking when spoken to, and even avoiding it then, if he could. He was admittedly a little shy, but he’s grown out of it, really. He was thought to be a bit weird, but he didn’t let it bother him. Some people think he’s a bit depressing, but he doesn’t mind that either. Patrick believes he’s artistic - a bleeding artist. He’s friendly most of the time, if not a little curt. Patrick is one of those guys you either love or hate, but he doesn’t care either way.Alright, maybe he cares a little, but who doesn’t, right? Social when it suits him, Patrick usually considered by his friends to be “an alright kind of guy”. A tad pretentious, maybe, but no one’s perfect.
